In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "88et", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 88et platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://88et.pro.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered or is accessing an 88et account.
• "Platform" — refers to the 88et website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services including sportsbook, casino, slots, and payment facilities.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on the 88et platform.
• "Funds" — refers to real money deposited by the player and held within their 88et account wallet.

If you are accessing 88et on behalf of any other person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms — though note that sharing accounts is prohibited under Clause 3.

To register and maintain an active 88et account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

All financial transactions on 88et are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard bank transfer. 88et does not accept cash payments or transfers from third-party accounts.

• KYC verification: 88et reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 88et may request additional verification if you request withdrawal to a different method.

88et does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside of 88et's control.

Any funds deposited on 88et must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful wagering activity may be treated as suspicious and investigated in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

All bets placed on the 88et sportsbook and all rounds played in the 88et casino and slot games are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, which are displayed within the relevant game or market. In the event of any conflict between those product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall take precedence in respect of that specific product.

General betting and gaming rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled after placement, except where 88et explicitly provides a cash-out or bet amendment feature.
• In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, 88et reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. Any winnings attributed to a malfunction may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88et platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, voiding of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games on your behalf.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events on which bets are placed through 88et.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games (including signalling card values or coordinating betting strategies).
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Using the 88et platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or process funds derived from criminal activity.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account or payment method.

All content on the 88et platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of 88et or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88et platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation from 88et.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 88et software.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
